Official NBCUniversal Shop wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of fan gear and collectibles. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return, select a reason code, and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
